When referring a family or child to Clothes To Kids, please follow these guidelines:
- Referral Letter must be an ORIGINAL on Agency Letterhead
- Letter must include the following information:
- Date of referral
- Parent/Guardian name, address and phone
- Each child's name, name of school they are attending, date of birth, pant size and shoe size
- Your name, title, contact phone and signature
- Please verify that each child you are referring to Clothes To Kids is enrolled in a Pinellas County School, in any grade Kindergarten through 12th.
- Clients must bring original referral letter with them to thier appointment in order to shop. CTK does not accept faxed, mailed or emailed referrals.
