Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "your," or "user"), and Clothes To Kids, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Organization"), a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, concerning your access to and use of the clothestokids.org website and any other related websites, mobile applications, or online services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
About Our Organization
Clothes To Kids, Inc. is a charitable nonprofit organization (EIN: 14-1849798) dedicated to providing new and quality used clothing to low-income or in-crisis school-age children in the Greater Tampa Bay area, free of charge. Our mission is to ensure every school-age child has quality clothing to attend school with confidence and self-esteem needed to achieve academic success.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. For formal disputes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Age Requirements
Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Volunteer Applications
Volunteer applicants agree to:

Submit to background checks when required

Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers must:
Treat all families with dignity and respect
Follow safety and operational procedures
Protect confidential information
Report any concerns to staff immediately
Photography and Media Consent
By participating in our events or programs, you may be photographed or recorded. You consent to our use of such images or recordings for our charitable purposes, including marketing and promotional materials, unless you specifically opt-out in writing.
